This hotel is perfect for familys. They have everything you need on site...Food - drinks - Pool - Etc. We only wish they had a Shallow kiddy pool area for the younger ones but the water slides were great and the hot tub so relaxing.

Overall this hotel was awesome. The indoor waterpark was nice and we especially enjoyed the treasure hunt and the snow cones! We really enjoyed our trip. Be prepared that only the hotel room and the pool are included so there are a lot of opportunities for a ton of extra money to be spent. We did buy the meal package and I felt that was a good value for the money. I liked that you didn’t ever have to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. It was very crowded when we went. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

Stay was great. Nice rooms. Balcony room view of mountains was great. Everything for kids to do was definitely overpriced but convenient. Water park was good, especially for kids. Pool was only 4.5 foot deep in the deepest part but that was great for kids. Would definitely stay again.

Overall not a bad stay. The facility seems to be on the older side and in some areas shows its age. The water pressure was very weak and there were some stains on the bedding. We did enjoy the indoor Waterpark and other amenities. Service was also excellent. We would stay here again but would love to see these small issues fixed if possible.
