我们在那里一共住了四天，没有一次更换床单被罩，期间我跟前台讲过5次我们需要新的床单被罩和毛巾，也只有一次有回应，还只是把新的床单被罩放在门口要我们自己换，脏的也没有拿走。非常垃圾的服务。

Le stationnement est parfait, hôtel très bien situé. Par contre, lors de notre prochain séjour, nous allons précisé d'obtenir une chambre plutôt côté cour ou arrière du bâtiment. Une chambre sur le boulevard, est assez bruyant.

Checked in April 14th 2026. The weather in Boston was Sunny and 78. Noticed the lobby checking in was very stuffy and hot. Get to the room and it’s no better. Turning the dials and switches on what appeared to be an older climate control system did nothing. No cooling or heat. Called the front desk and they told me to do what I’d already done. I then went to the lobby to inquire and was told that “corporate hasn’t activated the A/C system. Opening the window would be your best bet.” Unacceptable. I asked for number and called the corporate offices. Was told basically what the staff had said. The A/C system “wasn’t turned on yet” because it was April and not “hot enough out yet” to do so. I’ve never heard of such a thing. It wasn’t inoperable, They just wouldn’t turn it on. They offered no compensation nor did the staff in any capacity. Absurd. Hotels.com customer service contacted the property and said the property was willing to give us a refund only if we checked out immediately. No offer to help us find other accommodations. Just check out and take your money. Now I’m with my family in Boston scrambling to find a room at the last minute and there is absolutely nothing. We had no choice but to stay, the climate system never became functional, the temperature in the room was ridiculously warm, we had to keep the small vertical window open to the sounds of sirens and people speaking in the parking lot at 4 o’clock in the morning. It was an absolute nightmare. Ruined the trip.

The rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and the hotel has recently been refurbished from its recent past life as a college dormitory. All worked as it should. It felt safe. It’s kind of a Byzantine layout between stairs/elevator and hallways, but it’s fine. Only minor complaint is that the walls are thin and I could hear TV and voices throughout the night. Also there is no way to adjust hearing/fan within the room so I couldn’t have the fan drown out sounds.

Room was fantastic. Very spacious. Whole hotel was very clean. Great location for getting around. Public transport stops a few minutes walk either side of the hotel. The only negative was the included breakfast, pre packaged pastries/muffins which weren't great. Fresh would have been better. The hotel explained it as a "grab and go" style. All of the staff we encountered were lovely and friendly.

Clean, accessible room with a killer view of the Mary Eddy Library and reflecting pool. Very comfortable bed and nice to have steamer, coffee maker and mini fridge. Nice staff. Not the best place to stay with accessibility issues though - you must take stairs (I was in a wheelchair, so very painful), and the garage elevator almost did not fit my normal manual wheelchair. Location is fantastic for the able-bodied.
