I absolutely adored my stay. It’s got ideal views, perfect for relaxing. The food for breakfast is great, even had gluten free options. Same went for dinner, I ate some of the best meals of my trip here. Up the stairs outside is the start of one of the best beach trails I’ve ever walked. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Great overall location to tour Madeira, especially being outside Funchal easier for car navigation. Nice property, great views of bay, 1st floor does have many tourist pass by in daytime. Great breakfast with views wonderful. Nice staff. Laundry service a plus. Parking situation/must use public lots is only negative as well as some homeless in the area...and hustle all when parking. Just give then a euro for their assistance finding you a spot. Would still stay here again!:
