When it comes to the staff ALMOST every interaction with the front desk felt dizzy! No one was knowledgeable about what was what when it came to extra charges on the card. I have attached th booking pic. However $100 was held for deposit then the day of check OUT I was charged an additional $100 no knowledge/warning for the reason and spent 3 days getting back the extra $100.
