This was a quick overnight where we just needed a place to sleep so no frills were expected. What wasn’t expected was a dirty maxi-pad on the bathroom shelf, a broken TV, broken bathroom fan, missing smoke detector, and unhoused people on the sidewalk. The unhoused folks were by far the least of our problems. Never staying here again. Informed staff on check-out (got in at 0100, too tired in the moment). They didn’t seem to care. Avoid.

I booked and paid for a king-size bedroom but ended up with a queen-size bed. The hotel is quite old, and the sound insulation is terrible—you can clearly hear people walking upstairs and neighbors talking at 2 a.m. The room only provided one towel for two people. The location doesn’t feel safe, as we saw people wandering around all night. Breakfast is not included.
