Big rooms, welcome minibar once for the stay, close to few restaurants and the U bahn. Apart from these there really isn’t any positive to the hotel. Basic breakfast and service (not even an electric kettle in the room).

Wir kamen am Nachmittag an und erfuhren am Abend, dass wir keinZimmer bekommen. Unser Gepäck hatten wir bereits am Nachmittag deponiert. Wir sind dann in der Nacht, ohne Entschuldigung, wieder nach Hause abgereist.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – leider nicht wie erwartet Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, was bereits einen schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Der Fernseher funktionierte überhaupt nicht, was den Komfort erheblich einschränkte. Im Badezimmer war lediglich eine von mehreren Lampen funktionsfähig, was zu einer unangenehmen Atmosphäre führte. Das als „Junior Suite“ beworbene Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen – weder in Größe noch in Ausstattung. Besonders enttäuschend war das stark abgenutzte Ledersofa, das seine besten Zeiten definitiv hinter sich hat. Das Frühstück war leider der Tiefpunkt des Aufenthalts: lieblos präsentiert, wenig Auswahl und qualitativ enttäuschend – ein echter Albtraum. Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Auf der Platzform wird mit Wellness geworben, am Ende gibt es nichts….. außer man geht gegen deutlichen Mehrpreis in die benachbarte Schwabenquelle. gastronomisch kein Highlight dort, der Service dort war unteriedisch

Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Musicals. Man muss das Hotel zum Besuch des Musicals nicht mal verlassen. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber, der Ausblick atemberaubend. Die Dame am Empfang war super herzlich, hat uns kurz auch etwas zu den Degus erzählt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Riesige Auswahl, genug Platz und sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt eine Auswahl an Restaurants, es dürfte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein. Wir haben uns für den Pub entschieden und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Bei Ankunft kein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption,war in der Pause ,keine Vertretung.Check in ab 15.00 Uhr schlecht. Hatten Musical um 14.30 Uhr ,konnten uns nicht frisch machen.Sollte verbessert werden .

House keeping was horrible. Booked a mini suite for 3. Was only set up for 2. Asked front desk to correct came back late and front desk said they could do nothing. Frühstücksauswahl war gut, jedoch kein Auge für Details. Beschriftungen am Müsli waren veraltet und nicht mehr lesbar. Deko-Obst beim Kuchen runzlig. Sogar verschimmelte Beere auf dem Teller. WLAN ging im Hotel nicht, daher auch kein TV möglich. Zimmer (Junior Suite) war sehr abgewohnt. Sauber aber optisch „schmutzig“ Fliesen & Fugen im Bad sahen dreckig aus, waren aber hygienisch sauber. Loch in der Zimmerdecke wo früher wohl der Fernseher hing. Sofa ebenfalls mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Beleuchtung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig.

Bett: Überzug sauber, innen Hundehaare Zimmer: viel zu heiß, klimaanlage defekt Hotel: wird als Flüchtlingsunterkunft genutzt. Unfreundliche "Gaste". Man könnte ein wenig mehr Dankbarkeit erwarten... Ein Extrapunkt für die Freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter, die wohl für den Zustand nichts können.
