We stayed during Quarter Fest. Crystal checked us in and was full of information. She gave us a welcome bag with coupons for their restaurant. We were also able to book tours using 30% off coupons. The tours were awesome. Housekeeping was attentive and the restaurant was delicious. We kept so busy and were only there 3 days, so didn’t get to enjoy the pool. It was right outside our suite and looked welcoming. We saw people enjoying the pool daily. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking should not cost but $25 per day. They only are charging customers just to make extra money. If you really think about it most don’t charge and if they do it runs about $20 to $25 per day. Even the parking lots let you park all day for $20 in tourist city

Great location close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to Jackson park and many other place.
The property does need to clean there windows but besides that the cleaning service was very good each day.

We love the location. It is convenient to walk anywhere in the French Quarter or Warehouse District. This is always our place to stay in NOLA. We feel safe and its quiet. Mr. Eddie is amazing!

Clean room. Easy check in process. Was given a goodie bag with food credits and activity vouchers. Free flavored water dispenser machine in the main lobby. This hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to Bourbon, French market/Jackson Square, and Canal. Would stay here again

It is a beautiful and clean historic building right in the heart t where we wanted to be. The staff is friendly the facility is awesome and we liked the breakfast restaurant. Rooms and beds are comfortable and we loved having the adjacent rooms with doors that doors be opened to share. This is my second time staying here and definitely will be back.

There is a pool that we didn’t use. The surroundings can be noisy at night but you are in The French Quarters.
The rooms are outdated, rugs are worn out, it could use some TLC.

On 2/13, 930pm, we report a gas leak to the Front Desk in one of our rooms. A security guard arrived 9:45pm and confirmed the gas odor. The Front Desk did not answer our call, and we proceed downstairs at 1030pm for status. The Front Desk (Chyna) said she had other priorities and will get to it. We asked what the emergency procedure were and she stated it was not an emergency. We also requested for maintenance as well as the Fire Department to investigate for safety concerns. We stated we had moved the 4 guests to the 2nd room with 4 guest and she offered 2 blankets. Upon returning to the 2nd floor, gas odors increased in the hallway as well as the 2nd room. We insisted that she call maintenance or the Fire Department to investigate. We evacuated both rooms at 1155pm. Maintenance arrived at 1am and confirmed the gas odor in the rooms/hallway. Maintenance was unable to access the Kitchen and waited for a key and confirmed the kitchen below was the source of the gas odor. The Front Desk did not provide any other accommodations as all 8 guests slept outside in the cold pool area with fresh air at 2am. The Front Desk was not properly trained in emergency situations or providing reasonable accommodations. The Hotel need to properly train employees as well as maintenance staff with emergency procedures posted for the timely safety of all guests. We had to wait 4.5 hours to speak to a manager (when they arrived to work).

Rude front desk staff. Especially the one on Sunday morning on 2/15. Never greeted us or smiled as we were checking out. She had a permanent frown. Other guests noticed as well. This person will cost this hotel business if she is not removed.
