Where should I start? Check in was great. Pulled up it looked nice. Walked in it looked nice. Looked like it had been updated. The person who checked us in was polite. Walk down the hall, it smells horrible! Ok I understand things happen and smells occur. Get up to the floor we are roomed on, the hallway floors were dirty with stains all over. Get to our room and our door didn't want to open. Finally get in the door. The room is good size, the bed was ok, the floor had stains on it. They literally just tried to make it look like it was updated. The paint is old and chipping. Carpets are horrible, bathtub was dirty and stained up. The bed had a decent sheet and blanket. Pillows were ok-ish. Settled in for the night and went to shower. There was literally one towel and one washcloth in our room. Q

Looks clean, smells clean. Room at 1st glance looked clean. But as you look closer, the walls was dirty, the pillow cases had stains on them. The shower water is delyaed. The pool looked clean until your in and see floating eyelashes, peoples hair, body oil and skin floating on the surfaces of the water. The person that cleans the area came in to clean the hot tub literally 1 hour before they close and didnt tell nobody they cant go back in. Only end up telling one person cause he turned the jets on. The employees arguing in the lobby. The bartender rude and ghetto and didnt serve me. She was sitting at a table eating and talking to a customer i think.

The staff; receptionist stated she had to contact Wyndham last week because she noticed the website did not show that the free breakfast option did not state that currently their restaurant where people have breakfast is closed due to this property being understaffed. The remote control for the tv inside our room did not work and I didn’t mind too much but, yeah. Lastly, the a/c unit was shotty somewhat but we managed to stay comfortable. However, the property was clean, staff seemed polite and my child got to swim. I also told the receptionist that I may apply since they’re understaffed. I would not have paid for this room at this time that much money had I known the issues. I’ll try this property again at a later time maybe—if those issues are resolved. Not even for the amount again though, just in case.

The shower in the room didn't work. The hot tub is good but a little aggressive with the bubbles. Still enjoyed it. The pool was nice. We slept well but the walls are thin we could hear exactly what the people on the otherside of the wall where saying. We turned on sleep sounds and then slept well. The gentlemen who checked us is was 10/10.

Staff was nice. Checked in online as requested but when I showed up, the front desk manager told me that it doesn’t transfer to their system. Ever. So don’t bother. Then, we are notified that they won’t be serving breakfast. That would be fine if we hadn’t chosen a hotel that did so. They stated we don’t pay for breakfast since it was free. That’s correct but some folks see that they have free breakfast online and choose that one over the next due to cost savings. Don’t put it on your site that breakfast is included if you aren’t serving any. The bigger issue was the fact they had no snacks available. They had a few drinks you could purchase but not even a snack machine.
