I believe all the reviews are from different Holiday Inn’s. The one I stayed at (downtown Shreveport) was very unclean, hair in the sheets, dirty carpet. We won’t stay here again.

Just stayed overnight. Property was clean and so was the rooms. They have a restaurant and a bar. Only problem i had was parking. If you drive a decent size truck you may have problems maneuvering in the parking lot. They do have a parking garage but depending on when you get there that is also hard to move around in if you drive a big vehicle.

Took forever to get checked in 3 employees at yhe counter but only 1 guest was being checked in at a time. Then were told the shuttle would take up to the casino and bring us back for free but after waiting 45 min on shuttle that never showed up we just drovw ourself. The ice machine on every flood was broken.We could only get 2 channels on the television the whole time we were there.
