Initially, I thought this hotel looked pretty good based on the pictures online, but the reality was completely different. During check-in, I was given two different room keys, but when I entered the room, I found bags already inside. Later I came to know that the room was actually already assigned to someone else who was staying there, and they had stepped out leaving their belongings behind. This was extremely uncomfortable and raised serious security and safety concerns. When I went back to the front desk, the lady was unable to find the room type I booked and became frustrated and rude instead of handling the situation professionally. While I was speaking with Hotels.com support to resolve the issue, she made a very disrespectful comment saying something like “compensate these guys and ask them to leave the property right away.” I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior at any hotel before. Overall, it was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend staying here.

I was disappointed when I entered my room. It smelled damp. The coffee machine had calcium buildup. The shower temperature was either too hot or too cold. Slow drain, not to mention dirty tub. We had to shower with shoes on our feet. As I was packing up to check out, housekeeping decided to attempt to barge in my room. However, I had the safety latch on which prevented her from entering. Two young ladies that were poolside, commented on how rude housekeeping was for trying to enter my room. My interaction with staff was very little, nothing stood out. Parking was fine.

We stayed for about 20 minutes. The room was really dirty and there were greasy handprints above the bed on the headboard (of a sexual nature). The bathroom had mold in the corners. We are working on getting our money back. Also while we were loading our car back up a man approached our vehicle. Not the safest part of town.

Given that I already knew this hotel was average before I booked, I will be fair by starting with 5 stars. Upon entering the room to rest from a long trip, we immediately noticed the AC unit was agonizing. Instead of changing our room, the staff decided to replace the unit while we were there. The repairman was very rude to us. (minus one star) Both our room keys were deactivated before checkout day, and we were locked out. We called the front desk, and they blamed it on us. (minus one star) The room does not have a soaking bathtub as described and has no water stop, which prevents us from filling the tub. We asked for a plug, and they said they don't have any "because guests keep stealing them." (minus one star) Upon request, an intrusive maintenance person who brought two pillows wanted to enter the room, place the pillows on the bed, and ask us about our religion. (minus one star) The Wi-Fi keeps timing out. Whenever we try to use it, we have to register again. A constant, annoying noise in the bathroom is apparently due to the roof fan directly above, the repairman said. The bathroom is very small, so the floor rug interferes with the door, which has no bottom clearance. The bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom. Other people in the room would be disturbed by the light when it was switched on at night. Noisy fridge. We had to turn it off at night. Average breakfast.

Needs a serious upgrade. Booked a non smoking room and when we walked in it reeked of weed. The blow dryer made a loud crazy noise and smelled like it was on fire. The chair in the room has wires poking out that cut my husband. The USB ports were all messed up. The lady at the front desk was rude when my husband’s key would not work. Positive: the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and they have a good breakfast.

The location was good 10 minutes drive to savannah historic center. The place needs an update, the carpet is old and looks dirty. The bed was confortable and clean. The breakdast was ok. The room smelled cigarrettes, and people smoke cigarrettes outside. The place has potation but needs some improvement.

I had booked the room in January. We just wanted a clean, safe room to stay in for the 4 days we were in Savannah. The first room the put us in had mold all over the ceiling and smelled like urine. They moved us to another room and we ended up going to the store and picking up cleaning supplies to clean the room. We bought clean sheets too. We left the room straight and clean upon checkout and we left the dead roaches in the bathroom. The people they stuck next to us smoked weed all night and had people coming and going and arguing outside of our door.

This is an $87 hotel ($105 after fees) and if it was half the price I'd have no issue. But for that price would like to see the rooms cleaned and replace all the rusted out materials. Everything is run down and the blankets and sheets all had small stains over them. Lady at the front desk was nice enough. If you want a cheaper option there is better out there. Won't return but it was a place to sleep and it accomplished that if you are in a pinch.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. It was pretty noisy, though i could hear people inside and outside making noise, kids running around shrieking, Thankfully this wasn't during late sleeping hours. It was relatively quiet at night. Id stay here again. The price was really decent.
