The front desk clerks was awesome but there was a lady named dawn in the restaurant that needed to do better. But other than that it was fantastic i would highy recommend them to any of my family and friends. Done a great job. Also i had to check out before breakfast head to Charlottesville 4 surgery so i really cant say on that but i imagine it was great

The room was very clean, and it was pet friendly with parking on our level even though we were on the 3rd floor. Great space for the dog without being in anyone's way. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fact we had pizza delivered to the room. The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful even though she did not have a lot of other staff help.

There was nothing exceptional, either good or bad, about the hotel. It was clean-ish, in an okay location, with okay amenities nearby. We tried to eat dinner at the 'restaurant' but after waiting 10 minutes and seeing absolutely no one anywhere, we left for a local pizza place instead. But the hotel kept us warm and dry overnight which was all we needed so it was . . . okay!

The staff at this Holiday Inn were very kind and accommodating. The place was beautiful, if I had to complain about something, id say the shower curtains smelled of mold and the tub was slightly ratty, but the decent beds and view made up for it. Breakfast is paid, so little different than most holiday inns that offer free breakfast, some of the cups were dirty, but all in all, not bad for the price I think.
