"Room was comfortable and shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Conveniently located-especially loved having pubs on both sides of hotel. Staff was very courteous. One downside: Wi-fi did not have a strong signal in room. Overall a great experience!"

"The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. Overall the hotels and surroundings are spotlessly clean and tidy all of the time. Staff are extremely helpful,chatty and efficient. I left a flat cap in the hotel which the hotel posted back to me extremely promptly. Everything about our 4 night stay was pure perfection."

"Clean room. Clean bathroom. Safe parking. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. And we had a lite dinner our 1st night. It was good. FYI. Only stairs to the 2nd floor. "

"Small parking lot behind the building which in off season was easy to get to but could be stressful if full as the alley is one way. There was no rubber mat in the shower so gets quite slippery. Lots of areas to store luggage and extra pillows available. Able to open the window for fresh air. The bed was very uncomfortable and we woke up with back pain everyday. The hot tub was down as well. Otherwise right in the city center and very conveniently located to enjoy the town. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a pub on site. "

"Our 3-night stay at Killarney Heights Hotel was quite excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We enjoyed drinks at the bar to live music, or just relaxed by the fire. It was obviously a great choice of stay for our time there, and I would certainly look forward to staying again. Thank you.
