"The hotel is very clean. The staff don't speak any English. The lock us out for breakfast. There was no food to serve the people who stay at the hotel. It was so unconvenient i would love to Expedia to give me a refund i pay for a service and I did not receive it"

"Court yard Marriott is one of the best stay I had. My room was spanking clean. The staff were so pleasant you want to extend your stay. "

"We had no hot water for 6 nights. Staff stated that solar was not working and due to holiday maintenance was not available. I complained to front desk from day we checked in (Thursday) but was told manager will be in following Tuesday. Upon checking out I requested partial refund or another night. We were comped one more night in a different room that had hot water. This shows that we could have been moved to a different room that had hot water but no one notified us of this. No one is transparent at this hotel."

"Breakfast was very limited and the same things everyday with not much options. There was no option for water at breakfast we had to purchase. No options to toast the bread either. "

"I was disappointed with breakfast, no variety; eggs and sausage, bake and Saltfish, eggs and plantain, tuna/ cheese sandwiches, tea coffee or mixed juice, melon, pineapple each on specific mornings. No cereal boxed/cooked, no pancakes, no choice in the preparation of eggs (fried sunny side up, boiled, poached) just scrambled. I am of the opinion that having paid for breakfast one should be given the opportunity to chose what they preferred."

"Solo trip. Stayed here for a full week and had a great experience. Only one minor complaint. This place was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is central, yet very quiet and residential, which would make it easy/ comfortable to relax with a family or large group. The premises and pool were extremely clean and well maintained. On site security who open and closes the gate for you. Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend. Bobby was very helpful. Only minor complaint is that I didn’t like the clothes hangers. A few bent up dry cleaning hangers mixed up in the closet with other types."
