"Clean room and helpful staff."

"Large spacious resort complex - excellent facilities - clean & well decorated communal areas (lobby, restaurant, poolside, gardens). Even though it was a large resort with many people, it didn’t feel claustrophobic and it was very quiet throughout the day and night. All staff were so friendly, pleasant & helpful. On initial inspection of the room, it was spacious & very well presented - good quality fabrics/curtains/bedding. Once settled in the room it was obvious the room was tired & sloppy and the room needed a good proper clean - flaky paint, chipped paintwork, dirty carpet, rotten wood, water damaged & faded marble, heavy layers of dust/dirty along the walls & floor, broken patio metal framed doors, dirty plastic chairs on the balcony. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking - but good quality sheets & bedding. Excellent shower pressure & lots of hot water. All in all - it was a lovely comfortable place to stay and I would stay again - however just be aware of the smaller details that doesnt make the resort 5star"

"I had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, reflecting the high standards of the housekeeping staff. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent local recommendations. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, while the bar had a welcoming atmosphere with expertly crafted drinks. I highly recommend this property for its comfort and outstanding service."

"Our pickup shuttle was delayed but the hotel made up for the delay by giving us a late checkout and breakfast. It is the second time we stayed and we will stay again."

"Staff are smiling all the time. Amazing swimming pool on roof deck / bar. However, the pool should have a roped off section for lap swimming for adults and a kids area for fooling around. Too many kids who have zero etiquette loud parents made swimming in a sophisticated environment feel like bargain basement garage sale kinda place. Or adults only from 18:00 to close. "

"The hotel room was perfect. The shower was really good, the pool was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We weren’t very far from the airport and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. It was easy to get to other major places and for all tourist trips this hotel was one of the pickups. A good choice for us. "

"Good location if you like being close to the pier for traveling to the islands, and having the convenience of a mall right next door. The rooms are average at best and the breakfast buffet could be greatly improved with some traditional breakfast meats and a dedicated omelette station. One thing I found very good was the hiring of the deaf for the positions that do not require regular verbal interaction."
