"I payed extra for a strip view checked in and didn’t get the strip vie"

"The staff was friendly and very helpful in resolving any issues we had. The rooms we had were a bit dusty upon checking in and the cleaning turnover between guests could be better. There were some cosmetic damages in parts of the hotel. Overall, the hotel met our needs for this trip. "

"Love this hotel. It has everything on site you don’t even have to leave the hotel. They have restaurants casino a pool bowling spot and a movie theater all in the same spot. They also have good food security and a friendly gift shop. The price is amazing too. I will definitely be back there again next year. "

"The bed was too hard. We also woke up to 3 water leaks. 1 in the bathroom above the bathtub and the other 2 in the room. We had called the front desk to let them know and no one came. After they had told us someone would come to check it out. The girl at the Front desk didnt seem to care when we told her about the leaks. I would like a refund due to the inconvience."

"The Lobby smelled like a sewer, our room was barely made up the entire trip and I had to go into the hall to get clean towels. My reservation was no searchable so upon arrival it took us an hour to check it and for the staff to find our reservation which I already paid for."
