"This was very convenient for work in Soho. As it is a basement apartment, there was street noise into the evening, but it was not too hard to zone out. Some ideas: Hooks in the bath would be good for towels. Response from the owners when we asked for bedding for the sofa. Be more specific about not having a dryer, just a drying rack, to go with the very convenient (but hard to understand) clothes washer."

"We booked the cheapest double but paid £30 to upgrade on check in. The hotel is huge and it was much more grand than I was expecting. The room was still the smallest I think I’ve ever stayed in even though it was an upgrade. Small and functional with a nice en suite and good toiletries (large dispensers). The room didn’t have a view but the bed was comfortable and the Nespresso machine was nice. We didn’t have breakfast and I’m glad because the queue was huge as we left around 9.30. The cocktail bar was nice although the staff seemed to be lacking in customer service. Overall a good stay and a hotel we will return to in the future. "
