Awful experience, expensive hotel that should have been half the price. Loud AC that barely worked, bed was like two huge pieces of metal scraping each time you moved. Smelled musty, floor was literally wavy and uneven. Bathroom was filthy with mold and hair in the shower. The next day, noticed bites on my son’s belly. Chatted in with hotels.com and they called and said to go down and it would be handled - I did the next morning and they said they would call me when the manager was there and they never did. Never again.
