Great location with a view and as quiet only let down by the worn caravan that really needs a proper deep clean. Mattress was surprisingly good and with the sea air and quiet park led to a good nights sleep. Less than 2 miles from Looe for great food ( avoid Deanos )

The only downside was with being off season which isn’t mentioned on hotels.com was that the restaurant, bar and entertainment wasn’t open and with limited staff we had to try several times to access the shop as the lovely lady on reception was on her own. Nice site, and caravan, clean and tidy. The only downside, the doubke bed in the caravan very uncomfortable, mattress covered in plastic coating so made it very warm and far too soft, didnt sleep well during the stay.
