We only stayed one night. The staff was friendly, the place was so clean, I don't think I've seen a cleaner elevator in any of the hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and it was quiet. Best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time. All in all, it was a great experience!

Technically there's nothing WRONG with the property...reasonably clean, etc. but, because it's Fredericksburg, the price of the rooms is hard to take considering they're Motel 6 quality.

Nice place in a good location. Check-in was easy and the lady at the desk very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, but a little small. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There was plenty of parking. The entrance was very inviting with lovely flowers and plants. The breakfast was sparse, with waffles, cereal, toast and bagels. Also orange juice and boiled eggs. No coffee in the room, but in the breakfast area. This was a nice, clean hotel that was a good value for the price.
