The unit was in overall disrepair Unit was not clean when we arrived. Requested 2nd housekeeping. Checked in after 7pm. No parking available. Beds were not changed. One bed had no linens or blankets Sofa sleeper in living room was dirty. Looked like it came from a 2nd-hand store. Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. No bed linens on beds in 2nd bedroom. No blankets on beds. Air Conditioner made loud grinding noise. Maintenance unable to repair. Had to leave the A/C turned off while sleeping. Fresh towels were dirty. Lipstick on "fresh" towels. Resort fees were not advertised on the Expedia listing.

The property could have been a lot cleaner, especially the floor. The sofa is very uncomfortable. The sheets on the bed are not cotton, making it very hot when sleeping even with the fan on. The hot water is sparse; we all took mostly cold or lukewarm showers. The curtain on the balcony door fell off day one when opening the balcony door. Overall, the unit just has a lot of wear and tear. It’s in need of refurbishment.

Room was cleanish, but some outlets didn’t work, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work making the floors in the bathroom super slippery. ALSO water park that is their cover photo basically is only open 10-6 mins you my check in wasn’t until 6pm. Front desk clerk stated it was a separate business so they don’t control their hours. While that may be true why advertise them as the leading attraction if you won’t be able to check in during park hours. Then she reluctantly moved our passes to the next day which didn’t do us any good because we had to leave before the park opened. Waste of extra money for no return… additionally the door was near impossible to open…

The room appeared clean and had a nice view of the water park; however, there was an unpleasant odor as soon as you walked in the door. Beyond that, there were no other complaints.

The AC did not work in our room. The water park passes are not included in the reservation. The water park did not work for one of the days bc they had no electricity. The bar/snack shack was not open at all during our entire stay. Front desk staff was very nice but never mentioned the slides and lazy river were not working. No ice buckets in the room to get ice.

The room and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. The only restroom in the pool area is located at the entrance to the theme park and it closes at 5-6pm. Otherwise you’ll need to head back to your room to use the bathroom. With kids this can be an issue. otherwise we had a good:
