Wow! One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. You could not beat the view from our room directly over the lake. It was stunning! The staff was so courteous and welcoming. Nice place and good location. They really try to sell you on their National Geographic status, which is cool but doesn't mean much when it comes to comfort. I wasn't super impressed with the property given it's price tag, but the stay overall was good. Only odd thing was check-in, we weren't asked for ID, Passport etc... we just showed up gave our names and were shown to our room...

I can’t recommend Hallstatt Hideaway enough! I arrived early and was able to keep my luggage with staff and checked in later. I had the most beautiful spacious room with a view of the lake that was breathtaking! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing delivered to my room with so many options. Hotel is steps away from the market and main shops and dining. I will definitely stay here again!
