The hotel and rooms were clean and beautiful. The pool area was very nice and unique. Paying $10 for slow WiFi is a little ridiculous. Tried to order room service at 9pm (closes at 9:30) left a message as instructed and never received a call back. If it is gonna stop taking calls at 9 then just state it that way.
