We stayed at sister hotel “Casa Brasileira” for 8 days during rainy season…. And loved it so much we aré already planning our next stay. We feel Pedras do Patacho is perfect for younger, cool people. As concierge understood we were hoping for a different vive - they suggested we transfer to their sister hotel and we LOVED it Both Pedras and Casa Brasileira share: -The most amazing staff and customer service: everyone is kind, proactive- and not on your face. -High-end decor (each in their own style: one hip and cool; one warm “old fazenda” charm -perfect bed: soooo comfy -high end linens and plates and details you don’t even imagine. Sip coffee on design fine china cup. Breakfast served on fun and fancy Tania Bulhoes plates. Soap tray. Water bottle next to bed. Lamp…. Wherever you look you discover something special - be prepared to gain weight as you get tempted with the most delicious cafe da manha, and cha da tarde - great food -great ambiance Loved it

A estrutura é inegavelmente bonita: tudo novo, quartos amplos, confortáveis e com sensação real de luxo. No entanto, a operação não acompanha essa proposta, revelando uma gestão ainda despreparada.Os funcionários são educados, mas a falta de organização compromete a experiência. Viajei com um casal de amigos para São Miguel dos Milagres, ficamos três dias em dois quartos e avisamos previamente nosso horário de chegada de carro. Ainda assim, fomos barrados no portão por um segurança com abordagem hostil e irônica, questionando se realmente éramos hóspedes — situação desconfortável e desnecessária.Em outro momento, saímos pela manhã e solicitamos a arrumação dos quartos; ao retornar, um deles ainda não havia sido limpo. No restaurante, apesar da comida ser saborosa, faltavam diversos itens do cardápio. Pedimos uma jarra de suco de laranja e recebemos apenas um copo, pois não havia mais frutas. Um omelete levou quase uma hora devido a problemas na cozinha.As falhas se repetem nas comodidades: sauna quebrada, indisponibilidade de massagem no SPA, caiaque e prancha de stand up paddle em mas condições, além da ausência de itens básicos como sais de banho.Apesar de um jantar oferecido como compensação, a experiência ficou aquém. O hotel tem potencial, mas hoje entrega mais um serviço mediano do que boutique.

Nós hospedamos no bangalô 4 (frente para o mar) Gostaria de fazer algumas observações sobre a nossa experiência no hotel. Antes de tudo é importante ressaltar que todos os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Dito isto, segue: - chegamos e nos encaminharam a uma acomodação errada. Até aí tudo bem, mas tivemos que esperar mais de 1 hora até que tudo se resolvesse e nos encaminhassem até o bangalô correto. - ⁠encontramos baratas no quarto (conforme foto anexa) - ⁠fizemos alguns pedidos e tinha itens indisponíveis: drinks (caju e xarope de caju), caldinhos, waffle, cheese Cake. - ⁠esperamos mais de uma hora pelo pedido de um petisco - ⁠o chuveiro não mantém a temperatura. No meio do banho ele esfria e esquenta diversas vezes, independente da regulação. - ⁠a ducha do sanitário precisa de manutenção e molha tudo quando abrimos. A impressão que tivemos é que a acomodação e o serviço está bem aquém do esperado, principalmente se comparado a experiência que tivemos em hotel similar da região.

Está muito longe de oferecer a experiência de um hotel boutique. A manutenção é praticamente inexistente — o armário da TV está literalmente “desabando”, algo inadmissível para o padrão que se propõe. No restaurante, a situação não melhora: pouquíssimas opções de cardápio, frequentemente trazendo apenas um exemplar para a mesa. A equipe demonstra despreparo, não observa o salão e não se antecipa às necessidades dos clientes. Além disso, itens básicos estão constantemente em falta, desde sobremesas simples até vinhos. Outro ponto que causa estranheza é a cobrança de 10% de taxa de serviço sobre a hospedagem e ainda sobre os próprios serviços — algo difícil de justificar diante da qualidade entregue. Poderia listar diversos outros problemas, mas sinceramente não vale o desgaste. A experiência, no geral, decepciona.
