Le personnel ne répond pas par mail via le site Hotels.com, nous avons dû téléphoner depuis la France pour savoir si notre réservation était bien enregistrée (2 mails envoyés en anglais et en Thaïlandais et pas réponse) -Le lit est confortable mais beaucoup de bruit la nuit, on entend les voisins et toutes les chaises qui se déplacent sur le carrelage et bruits dans le grand couloir toutes la nuit. Concernant le petit déjeuner, c'est quasiment toujours la même chose (repas local), il n'y a rien pour les européens (pain ou croissants), café soluble! horrible! En résumé, passable pour une nuit mais nous sommes resté 3 semaines payées en avance, c'était une erreur.
