This deserves much more than an 8.4 rating. We had one of the best ski stays ever at the Arai and we’ve stayed at Chamonix, Aspen, Jackson Hole, and Big Sky. The hospitality and food was amazing with some of the best service possible. The price was so much more reasonable than any other US destination. Thank you Lotte Arai.

It is a clean hotel and in very reasonable price. Only HKD 450/ per night . The lobby is newly renovated and the room is a bit old. But, the room is clean and I have no complaint. U can enjoy free onsen and the environment overall is good.
