Only thing that was a negative was the bathroom. It was extremely small especially for plus size people. Also the bathroom sink was broken and fell off the wall.

Whitney the owner is wonderful human, I had kids staying at another hotel & she allowed them to come swim in pool and in and out my room without issue! Our room was cleaned everyday. We were a very short distance to the beach! It was incredible. Only issue was a man snored so loud, I think he kept a few of us up half the night . Lol I would recommend to friends and family! I forgot to leave a tip but will make up for it next year! Thank for a really great place to stay and safe. Until next time. Laura

It was very practical to be near the beach. The room was very clean and the cleaning was done every day which is very convenient with all the showers we took and the sand we brought inside from the beach.

Best location in OOB

The location was ideal. Just steps away from the beach. The employees were all super helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was amazing and provided daily visits to switch out towels and take out trash. Would highly recommend. The only inconvenience we experienced was having to park our cars across the street in very tight spaces.

A charming spot a stones throw away from the beach. The bathroom was tiny, but that was okay. The location was prime. Close enough to the beach and far enough way from the chaos of the pier.

It's a motel on the beach side of OOB. There are many others like it that I've stayed at. This place is OK - had a room for 3 with double and 2 twins. No couch - we had to sit on double bed to watch tv. Parking for 1 car only - real pain if you have 2 cars for overnight parking. Not any options! Had to beg for a spot but they did get me one thankfully. Liked the shared patio with table - pool is small - no beach view.

Let me first qualify that I am partially disabled and further that I made no inquiries or formal requests regarding the accessibility of the unit. On day one of five, another guest was parked in our reserved space not in the primary lot immediately located at the bottom of the stairs. but rather across the Main Street behind another building. On the first days, the caring staff allowed us to park in another space in the main lot. This was greatly appreciated. So, we felt welcome and. like the staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were as comfortable as possible. If I had the trip to do again, I am confident that the staff would have done everything they could to put us in a first floor room with an assigned space in the main lot. So while I feel it could have been slightly more convenient, I accept full responsibility

Great location!

It was the perfect location for our 4th of July vacay. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were on the small side but it served its purpose. Our room had AC but we only used at bedtime as we liked the fresh ocean air during the day. The motel is conveniently located on the beach (2 properties backed) with easy access. Each room had its own parking spot which is a plus! The only downside is the train track which does get a bit load when one is passing through. It’s all along OOB and is unavoidable unless you stay in one of those high rise apartment buildings. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely book this place again!
