The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Special attention needed to the fold out chair/bed and the desk chair, as they both needed crumbs vacuumed and upholstered fold-out chair/bed upholstery needs spot cleaned. In-shower built in soap holders need to be cleaned of grime and dried soap residue. In room coffee maker contained standing water and we did not use it. Breakfast was very good, waitress very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out staff were very good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Be aware! Cleaning poor, bugs!! Staff seemed nice but wouldn't refund fully because I didn't give required notice for check out. Had to toss stuff in addition to lost money from bugs!!!!! Hotels.com offered me $50 to replace my thrown out items. Obviously no clue things aren't priced like 1950 anymore! I didn’t spend 1 night, only checked in prior to event. Should have had full refund! I'm never using this site or hotel brand again.

The check-in process was chaotic. There were clearly some issues the staff were dealing with and that frustration was passed onto the guest checking in. The computer crashed mid check-in which caused more issues. We came back “after hours” and tried to use the doorbell to get in the front door and it did not work. We needed up having to pound in the front glass to get someone to let us in. The gentleman that came to let us in was in his cell phone and seemed annoyed that we didn’t use the doorbell. We told him he did t work and then he tried it a few times before we were able to get in. Also, the elevators seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The room was nice but the experience getting there was rough.

The property is nice. I had issues with my reservation. I reserved in December for a February stay. My room was given to another renter. I was not given compensation for the smaller room I was given. I traveled in from Las Vegas Nevada and I am still not happy. I talked to 4 different managers and was told lies. I was told that my reservation was not paid for. But during check in, I only paid for damage fees and was given a room key. I only had to show my ID. The person they gave my reserved room to, knew the suite number that was reserved for me and only me. I feel that is a protection issue.

Room was clean an staff were very friendly. They had a coulpe of events here. It was busy but the staff were great. Nothing that I wouldnt expect during the holiday season. All in all, a great stay. They are renovating right now, so there is no buffet. Order from menu Only. Which we did not know till we went down from breakfast. We were not told when we checked in.
