We absolutely loved our stay at Mahana House. The staff was always available and attentive to our needs. The location is excellent. The beauty of the surroundings is what Hawaii is all about. I had tea in the common kitchen area every morning and it was always spotless. It is also conveniently located to Hilo and close to scenic spots such as Waipio.

The cottage was absolutely lovely, clean and had great amenities - everything we could ask for. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage, which was up to date and decorated beautifully. The communication by the owners was tremendous from directions to recommendations on things to do.
