They really need to update and lots of maintenance the place. The sink and shower/tub kept clogging up. Sheets were stained. We had a couple of outlets not working, and one of the outlets burned my hairdryer (smoke was coming out). Bugs / cockroaches in the bathroom. It is not worth the stay

This place should be shut down by the BBB. It was so rundown and unsafe and dirty NO ONE SHOULD STAY THERE. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME WRITING THIS REVIEW. I want a refund.!!!!!!!!!
Cracked tile everywhere even by the door which was hard to open.
The ceiling in the room was falling down, cracked, holes around electric recepticles.
Very difficult to open and lock the entry door. The sliding glass door would not open.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was very nice. But the hotel is run down, dirty and we felt very unsafe. We did not end up staying the night there. We booked 2 rooms, the first room, the lights did not work, the second room, the front desk attendant could not find the keys for, so he gave us the "master" key, and said don't lose it. When we approached the room, the lights were on inside, but the key did not work. We left to find somewhere safer to stay. I would not recommend it to anyone. They would not give us a refund, and hotels.com could not help getting us a refund.

Literally the worst place we’ve ever stayed at. We checked in at 3pm and had to check out at 330pm. Straight up crack heads everywhere. The room door wouldn’t lock so it wasn’t safe to even go to the beach with our belongings inside. The sliding glass door was inoperable. Could not open it but thankfully the meth fueled front desk worker said they have a “stick” in the door so know one else could open it either. The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We’d give negative stars if it were an option. Do not bring children here. Very unsafe.

We survived!! Sketchy but cheapest place by a long shot. They have long term tenants. Parking is crowded. Very old school hotel (which i like) this place has the potential to be great again if management could renovate. TV didnt work but front desk helped. The insides were 1970’s. The door had about one inch gap under door. We had the best room in the whole location, top floor sea front room overlooking the pool and ocean. Pool didn’t run and pool heater hadnt run in years but people were swimming in it!! AC worked great and the Hot water was wonderful. The sheets were brand new literally! The towels were also just out of the package. I would love to see this place renovated and made into a historical retro hotel.

You had to work at it to get the balcony door open, there was zero ice, and there was zero hot water, fridge barely works and tv was small. There was no way to plug the tub up so my daughters could take a bath and black mold everywhere. Overall a horrible experience.

That place needs to be bulldozed down! I could write a book about how awful it is. The roof leaks, the bathtub felt like it would fall through the floor, the sliding glass door did not lock and we had to manually pick the door up to open it, the front door lock was so bad that someone could easily just pull it open, the heater did not work, the floors stay damp and slippery, and it just felt gross! The staff was very nice, polite, and friendly!

Staff was good to work with. I couldn't get the room key upon arrival which was 3pm. Staff said give them half hour. Room had animal hair on bed sheet. Strong smell of Marijuana. Tub has rust inside and out.
