This is my second time staying at the resort, first time was great, this time wasn't. Staying in the mountain tower and suppose to be mountain view haha not so much of a view on the 4th floor. Room needs repairs, bathroom faucet was very loose. We had to flip the mattress as it looked it was going up a mountain lol.. Cleanliness of the room could of been better, a/c return vent needs cleaning, vent in bathroom is full of dust, mirror had spots on it, corners of the bathroom floors need cleaning, had dust and hair in them. Showing needs caulking in certain areas. Pool area was bad, dirty towels on the floor in the pool area and hanging on back on chairs, mold in areas on pool floor and inside the pool around the water level had brownish looking soap scum on the pool wall, bottom of pool needed cleaning and even if you wanted to go swimming there were no towels for the guest to use. All the money the casino takes in you would think it would take care of things. If you like your hamburger well done make sure you check it. Anyways I leave it at that..

Beautiful casino. Pricing for room great compared to other casinos. Area is always gorgeous with river running next to casino/Hotel. Food is fantastic..especially breakfast at Seluh Cafe 5 stars just for them! Casino/Hotel is big..lots of walking to get from point A to point B..All and all great time!

The shower has jets that were not clean and you could see the "scum buildup". The overflow drain in the sink was coated with "black crud". I had to clean it before I would brush my teeth. And I wouldn't even use the tub. Also, the food at Soco Smokehouse was not any better. The turkey was very dry and the sausage was over smoked and the ends were hard. The brisket needed longer in the smoker the white marveling was not cooked. Very disappointing. We stay there frequently, but I will rethink in the future.

I got there on my side to check in and it was 10:30 pm and the very condescending lady who did not seem to care to be there said she had no room available and mine still needed to be cleaned. 1030 PM good gravy. So after I told her I just wanted a room and to go bed she got me another room on the far side Cherokee tower so I had to take my luggage back to the garage and go to my car and then drive to the other side and then haul my luggage to another room. Better room, same price. I wasn’t going to pay more. An extra 45 min to just check in. Thanks….. many of the employees need trained in making the guests feels more welcomed. That lady flexes attitude instantly. Water off this duck’s back. Nice room and what a nice casino. Train the work force on hospitality please.

Harrahs in Cherokee is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star! The "Mountaun View" was onto the roof and ACS The ACS of the csino were humming all night long and I had a hard time to fall asleep. No room cleaning or making. I never exprieneced that besides the Covid time. All reustraurants were either closed or under constrcution. Only the Ruth Chris was open. For $200 per couple you can eat there. The food court was ok, the food good and prices were ok but not what you expect in such a hyped hotel. The hotel itsself is a maze with very long ways, The architect who built it should loose his license. After all, not a place to come back.
