The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom line.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very new, clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok and served quickly. Airport shuttle driver was punctual and friendly but bus needs maintenance…known broken, dysfunctional seatbelt in second row is dangerous. Just waiving off passenger concerns because van is old and hotel is still waiting for repairs/parts isn’t safe or good enough.

This is an airport hotel right - with limited shuttle access. For a 6:40 am flight they were only able to offer us either a 3:30 am shuttle or 5:30 am shuttle - neither of which worked for us. If you know you’re an airport hotel like at least maybe arrange for more shuttles? That’s the main perk no? Otherwise - the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, a good sized mini fridge. I wouldn’t stay again because of the shuttle issue.

Overall, this was a great stay—especially for a one-night stop near the airport. The price felt very reasonable for what you get. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and clearly well maintained. Everything felt modern, updated, and thoughtfully put together. For a quick stay, it checked all the boxes and then some. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel itself is lovely, staff accommodating and friendly. We did experience issues parking and there is no overflow available. Paying guests were parking on the street, curb or wherever they could find which is not acceptable when you have paid for a room and offer free parking. My suggestion would be to utilize parking lots close by and your shuttle driver to assist in this case when there is insufficient parking for number of paying guests. Most hotels do have a plan for overflow parking when required to avoid frustration. This is extremely important when it is late at night and your guests are tired.

Great room and very clean. The only issue we had was that there was zero parking available on property. If you are going to allow people to leave their vehicles there while they fly out to another destination, they should park on a separate lot so that people staying there at the time actually have a place to park.

I stayed this hotel twice in March. First, the bathroom got flooded with water dripping from the ceiling fan, the maintenance guy came in and I had to move to the different room. The staff didn't really care since the front lady never came out to say sorry and check to see everything was ok with the new room. Very disappointing. The second stay, I realized I never received a free drink coupon at all and upon check out, I asked if they are still offering. The front desk lady asked where I booked and said it depends etc. Great customer service. No apology, obviously she didn't care. Another disappointing stay. I'll never stay here again.
