Window coverings would not open or close, AC didn’t work, room was super bland. Barking dog for hours in next room, loud noises from room above us, people running down the halls at almost midnight. We spent two nights and moved rooms after the first night, which helped the window coverings. The room was just ok, not in great repair, and the staff weren’t super concerned with helping fix any of the issues. We had to really push to be moved to a different room. Would not recommend.

My only issue is when we arrived was informed that the check in will be at 5pm. On the hotel website including “Hotel”.com it shows 3pm check-in. I booked two rooms for myself and another family member. We drove 6 hours to get to hotel to get told the rooms still being clean and other guest have not check out yet. The website is misleading if the check out is at 5pm instead of 3pm. Once my husband call and the hotel to speak with the manager was told they are not in today. Why was the manager not onsite. Few minutes later was told the room is now available.

Room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was hot and satisfying. There was also ample parking, which was convenient. However, the only issue we experienced was during check-in. When we arrived around 9:30 PM, there was no one at the reception. We had to wait about 20 minutes and made multiple calls to the helpline. One call got disconnected, but when we called again, a representative from reservations was very kind and tried her best to assist us in getting our room key. We were extremely tired after spending the day at a water park, so the delay was quite frustrating and unexpected. After several calls to the central line, someone finally arrived and checked us in. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. I would request the hotel to look into this so other guests do not face a similar inconvenience. Other than that everything was great! Also staff can be trained to refill breakfast without reminders.
