Property is dated, not just visually, but condition. I.e. loose/falling tiles on staircases. Really spread out and not convenient to get around. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE TO THE BEACH! Shuttle is to the lobby, you then need to walk to the beach from there. Also, shuttles won’t take you to Tamarin and other Divi resorts. Each has their own shuttle so you’ll have to walk to the beach and restaurants. Most employees have terrible attitude and could not care less. MEGA is absolutely NOT worth it. There are amazing restaurants in Aruba for same price or lower. Food at the resort’s restaurants are average. Too much fried food. NO FRESH FRUIT OR JUICE! Our 5th island in the Caribbean and certainly a first. How do you not have fresh fruits?! Can’t even order. Menu states “chunks of fresh mango”, dish comes with mango syrup… go figure. NO ICE CREAM unless you go to a sit down restaurant at Mulligans. So if you want something refreshing by the pool, beach or walking aroun… forget about it. Coffee corner is open till about 1pm, for below average coffee and its by the front desk. So you gotta hike there to get coffee and if you want coffee in the afternoon… well, you’re out of luck. Worst resort we’ve stayed at in the entire Caribbean by a wide margin. Too much misrepresentation: shuttles, restaurants, service, amenities. Check out their rock climbing wall “on the beach” vs the real one I have attached. That sums up what you can expect across the board.

The Divi Village Golf resort was outstanding. The rooms were clean. The food at Windows and Mulligans was delicious. Friendly staff and convenient to all. We already booked for next year.

Beautiful property! Staff were very kind. Beach is across the street but a short walk if you’re up for it - pool itself is beautiful (and huge). Keep in mind that signature all inclusive only includes a few select restaurants. Windows on Aruba and Bar Tapas are only available for dinner, so you’re pretty much eating pool side (quesadilla and jerk chicken wrap were my favorites there), or at Mulligans! The Sea Breeze buffets are not great… for breakfast it’s fine, but Mulligans is better (SO many options for each meal). Windows on Aruba was excellent all around, but Bar Tapas was disappointing… Not great food quality, but was included in our all inclusive so couldn’t complain too much! Would’ve been upset if we were paying for it out of pocket. We ended up venturing out for dinner our last two evenings and loved it - very easy to get a cab from the lobby. Had we rented a car, there was plenty of room for parking. If you’re not up for walking, they have a very accessible shuttle to bring you around / to each Divi resort. Overall, would recommend this property - especially to golfers (which we are not). But will likely be staying elsewhere in the future just because of our own preferences (wanting to explore the island vs staying at an all inclusive).

Room was a bit dirty, a kitchen chair had a sweaty/greast imprint of a rear end & man’s genitalia on it. Housekeeping service was good, front desk had a long line/waited about 25 mins to check in. Concierge was friendly and helpful. Corner bakery staff was nice. Food was average at AI restaurants.

The room smelled terrible. Most of the staff was miserable. All inclusive doesn’t mean all inclusive. They want you to pay $100 more a day per person for the actual all inclusive. Who knows if that actually is ALL inclusive.

Our room smelled very strongly of mildew. Our door and everyone else’s doors in our party did not fully shut. You had to really slam them every time and double check to make they were fully closed. Housekeeping opened our door twice without permission. A person in our party had money stolen from her room, after she had securely shut her door. Therefore, staff would be the only ones with access. Nothing was done about it by the property, just filed a police report. The majority of the staff was miserable! Didn’t acknowledge you much while clearly sitting at the bar expecting service. There were a couple of great ones though, like Enrique at the Infinity Pool,

Everything was just fine! The breakfast choices were excellent, staff very friendly specially Miss Chris O she was awesome waitress at dinner and breakfast too! The rooms were very clean. Food was good. There were a lot of choices. The resort was conviently located near downtown market and nightlife. Cons- Not a lot for small children. Would benefit from a playground or play area for children. Also, we were all inclusive so they would not let you order food to go. It would have been nice to be able to order food to take back to room to enjoy as a snack later on.

The staff was courteous. But telephone service was not available for three days. I have difficulty walking and we couldn’t call for shuttle service during those days. I wasn’t advised beforehand about the timeshare appointment. The food was great.
