The hotel could definitely use a renovation/spruce-up - it looks and feels very dated. A young kid was running back and forth in his hotel room above us and we heard every single step, even with our sound machine on. The staff may wish to try putting guests in main floor rooms beneath vacant rooms or rooms without families, at least.
