This was a very pleasant stay in a spacious room. All the personnel was superfriendly and always ready to help out with any requests. Roof top terrace was great to hang out at with beautiful views. Excellent location with good restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance.

This was a great place to stay! Lorimer was a great host and told us where to go to see some sites, which were all fun and unique along with great places to eat. Terrace was a nice spot to relax and have a drink! Beds were on the firmer side but still good.

The hotel overall is nice, parking can be an issue though and there's no mini fridge in the room to keep items cold. The staff overall was very good especially the two ladies that run the cafe who i recommend you tip and the reception desk Fernanado, and Lorimer who also suggested a decent low cost seafood restaurant called Varadero in Puerto Tazacorte. I woke recommend this place the breakfast was very good although the choices are not quite as numerous as very big hotels.

The pictures are not at all representative of the actual hotel. There is no where you can see the ocean from this hotel ( as shown on their website ) , and you are a 15 mins drive from the ocean. Also the pool shown on the terrace is the size of 2 bathtubs, so not a pool. The roof top terrace does have a nice view of the mountain on one side but very tall buildings on the other . If you don't have a balcony room your room looks directly onto tall buldings and into peoples rooms, therfore no view of the sky or sun. On a postive note the hotel is very clean and located in a nice residential area. Parking is avaliable across the road, only if there is space and that parking lot has no order so you can get blocked in. This hotel is fine for 1 night but not an exteneded holiday as you feel like you are in a box.
This is the view from our bedroom. Looking onto big tall buildings so no natural light in your room and looking into others appartments. Felt like we were in a box. Couldn't even see the sky .
The pool( size of maybe 2 bathtubs) and surrounded by tall buildings on 3 sides . Not inviting at all .

Hotel an guter Lage, ruhig, sauber, Frühstücksrestaurant im EG. Dort gibt es auch einen Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee. Man darf sich abends dort hinsetzen, wenn am Weihnachtsabend alle Restaurants - ausser der Ali Döner Kebab - geschlossen sind.

He estado muy cómoda en este hotel. Repetiría. El aparcamiento se puede complicar un poco dependiendo de la hora ya que el hotel no tiene aparcamiento propio sino que justo al lado hay una zona gratuita pero puede estar completa.
