Emailed the hotel ahead of time to arrange airport shuttle, quick response asking for flight details and what we’d be wearing so driver could pick us out. Contacted hotel several times but received no confirmation regarding the airport shuttle. Called when we landed and we were advised to call again once we’d cleared immigration. When we called we were told to just get a taxi - so we expected to pay $25 for their shuttle but ended up paying $41 for a taxi. On arrival at the hotel the receptionist half heartedly apologised whilst dealing with other people and telephone calls while she was meant to be checking us in. The hotel is tired, run down and not worth the money we paid. Very disappointed and would not recommend

No kitchen. Just a microwave and a fridge . Room was clean, but only cleaned twice (once because I told the guy not to worry, but would’ve been nice to have towels changed. Rats running around pool area . Nice clean pool, but very small. Most staff friendly, but not all. Hotel, not close to anything. Noisy 3/6 nights. But, Price was right.

Checked in around 10:30 at night, could not wait to check out the next morning. I had booked for 4 nights. It was a last min booking. Pictures must be from 10 years ago or more. It’s not a fun in the sun stay. The rooms were very out dated, not cleaned well. Mattress was bigger than the bed frame. Room 6 I stayed in. They refunded me no problem. Staff did not ask questions, just refunded me. Hotel 0 staff 5. I felt like this happens often.

Chambre propre avec climatisation , lit confortable , piscine agréable mais des rats se promènent à côté de vous au niveau de la piscine , juste un café à disposition et une épicerie pour se restaurer dans l hôtel contrairement aux trois restaurants annonces sur place , il faut marcher 2km y bord de route pour trouver de quoi se restaurer . Hôtel non conforme à la description . Le personnel reste pour la moitié agréable et l autre moitié très désagréable je reste mitigée

Everything was in old but acceptable condition considering the price. It is an old property and I am guessing the owner doesnt want to spend any money on keeping it up. The doors to our room was extremely worn and you could hear everything from the room across, even flushing the toilet or talking. Our lock handle was not working properly and after they fixed it we had to press the handle superslow to unlock. Im not sure how safe they are, but it is in a quiet area so that was ok. The mattress was very soft but very worn so the mattress was compressed on my side. Not comfortable. The cleanliness of the linen was fine. Small things that could make the experience better: 1) There was no shelf in the shower. No where to put a soap or shampoo. You would have to put it on the floor. Make is easier for the guest with such a simple thing. 2) Dust all spaces before guest arrival. (the top of our bed was very dusty. And the space under the bed was dirty. 3) Clean up the balcony, there was some trash out there. 4) the wooden bedframe was chipped on the lower corner and very sharp. please sand this down. Could be easily fixed.

My 80 year old parents missed their connection to Freeport due to major snow storm in Canada, so after 16 hours of travel - there was no shuttle either way from the airport as it states. Exhausted - there was no one at the desk to check them in for almost 20 min. There was no sheet on the bed. The room smelled terrible. Very disappointing that after a day from hell these elderly people had a bad nighg as well.

Staff was courteous and the rooms were generally clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet. This is a dated property, but being maintained fairly well.

everything was awefull! 1st room had drop ceilings that I hit my head on I’m 5’10” tall people should not be assigned rooms for 5ft tall people! I was moved to a 2nd floor room eventually that had a very bad smell but I dealt! I extended my stay a night due to health issues of a friend I was supposed to stay with. I requested a less sticky room, friends from Quebec had a room across the hall that didn’t stink, and they were going home, it was all a done deal, nice day staff worked it all out, should have been an easy across the hall move, same exact room! When I went to change rooms….33 to 27 I was informed that there would be an extra charge, never a previous mention of additional costs at all. I declined as I just felt I was being taken advantage of…and I am. so here I am now sitting in a very smelly ground floor unit, no windows, no air flow! Do not recommend this place to anyone, it’s bad! BTW I’m a recent widow, just lost my husband of 30 yrs…came back to Nassau where we enjoyed… the night clerk tonight actually had me in tears as she was all about get more cash, pay more money for a move across the hall, or settle for a smelly dump room! So much for customer service DO NOT Promote this dump
