Durante minha estadia em hotel reservado pela Hoteis.com, no regime all inclusive, identifiquei falhas graves de higiene e controle sanitário nas áreas de alimentação. Foram observadas, de forma recorrente: Muitas moscas, inclusive moscas varejeiras, nas áreas de alimentação da piscina e no café da tarde, pousando diretamente sobre alimentos expostos; Gatos circulando livremente nas áreas de refeições, subindo nas mesas e consumindo alimentos; No restaurante principal, passarinhos dentro do ambiente, pousando em mesas, balcões e defecando sobre superfícies de alimentação. As situações descritas representam risco real à saúde dos hóspedes e são incompatíveis com os padrões mínimos de segurança alimentar, especialmente para um hotel em regime all inclusive. No primeiro dia foram fazer a limpeza do meu quarto 17h30.. no segundo, limparam e não deixaram papel higiênico… o frigobar é abastecido com água… apenas! A comida é mediana e muito aquém do que esperávamos pelo preço que pagamos. Adicionalmente, caso você queira ir para as atrações e queira beber uma água, você terá que reembolsar 5 reais. Existe uma vilazinha, aberta aos resorts, com programação diária, mas, tudo você precisa pagar.
