4th year there and very disappointed. Location is the best. Room was dirty. Stove the drawer was falling off. The furniture has never been cleaned. Our room had to be cleaned day after check in, master bed had not been cleaned smelled so bad that I put towels over sheets and pillows so we had a place to sleep first night. Floor was filthy, wore shoes the first night. Pool had about 6 lounge chairs and they were ripped not really safe to sit on, Very very disappointed how much it has gone down hill.

Great accommodations! The room was comfortable and right by the beach. There’s a fully stocked appliances in the kitchen for cooking. The pool is also nice for any kids who want to swim. Only recommendation is to make the Sea Villa distinction clear in the ad - it’s a different location than the address listed in the check-in materials.

We loved our stay here. The room was clean and very accommodating. The kids got to play in the pool and we were very close to access the beach. Parking was free and super close. The ladies at the front desk made check in and check out very smooth and easy. Everyone was very nice to us. Cannot wait to visit again really soon.

Beach view was beautiful, but walking from the beach to the hotel was poor. There was no available door from the pool dock/ beach without walking through the parking garage. The outside shower was turned off to rinse your feet so you could get the Sand off before putting shoes on to walk on the dirty parking lot. You could exit on to the deck but the door wasn’t able to open from the outside. If you can over look that it was a nice walk to the Main Street that had lots of shops and restaurants. Really liked the location.

Die Wohneinheit ist sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt.

Advertisement was VERY misleading. Unit was not oceanfront or oceanview. While I truly appreciated the warning in advance about 1 parking space per unit, I did not appreciate watching more than 50% of the parking lot remain empty for my entire 4 night stay after paying for overnight parking elsewhere.

The check in process was easy. The unit was clean and spacious the only thing was that the TVs were a bit old so we couldn’t stream apps like Netflix etc. the location was great and the beach access was awesome. It was cold when we’re there but the pool was heated which was nice for our kids. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed at New Smyrna Waves for our wedding anniversary, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. All around, it was a fantastic stay, and we can’t wait to come back—next time with the kids!

The condo was dated but clean and comfortable. Parking was more difficult than it should have been. There should be two parking spaces available for a two bedroom condo, especially when there’s a high vacancy rate.
