Room was very clean, especially for a pet friendly room. Smell of cleaner was a bit strong on entry but faded with an open window. Decent coffee/coffee maker. And finally a front desk that points out the vending machines! WiFi was not good, though. Wouldn’t consider this place business friendly.

Pro- Clean, quiet, safe place, and the front staff is nice. Parking is great (you park in the front of your room). Having a Microwave Con - no staff at night, furniture worn off, no bathtub (I am okay with it), but the shower place is smaller than usual(I think it depends on the room you select - I selected a basic room). Overall, it was a good place for me to stay (under budget) since I enjoyed my trip in Big Sur. I would use it again..

Only knock would be thin walls. Our 3rd night was spent next to a lead footed toddler that we had no problem hearing running back & forth. Otherwise, great property!

There is no hot tub. The hot tub they are referring to is IN a room that costs more. One reason I give 3 stars, because we booked here for the hot tub. Staff was friendly, room was clean, walking distance to different restaurants. A group of people were there and were hogging the fire pit every single night and bbq and were there for hours so no one else could enjoy it. Bed was not comfortable and tv didn't work at first but my daughter fixed it.
