What an aweful Hotel. Food is barely edible. The waiter staff is useless and rarely even asked if I wanted a drink. Don't plan on relaxing, it is SO noisy due to activities at the pool going on all day. They only have Wifi in the lobby not in the room. I'm a solo traveler so i need connection for updates. The dive company Paradise Dive had really good Dive masters. They also own the slowest dive boat and needs to be retired. 8 am 2 tank dive back 6 hours later.

Upon checking into the hotel, we immediately encountered a serious issue: the bed in our room was infested with bed bugs. This created a highly uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. We were forced to contact housekeeping, who had to spray the room and change the bedding—not once, but twice—during our stay. This significantly disrupted our experience and caused understandable concern for our health and safety. In addition to this, the hotel’s pool facilities were not properly maintained. The pool was in an unsanitary condition and remained closed for two of the three days of our stay. This was particularly disappointing, as access to the pool was one of the amenities we specifically looked forward to. We have photographs documenting the condition of the pool and would be happy to provide them upon request. We also rented a cabana on the beach side. We were the only ones who paid. Everyone else just laid in the other cabanas without paying or the staff advice to do so. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations.

The reception and pool area is a bit dated and tired, fortunately the beach area by the sea makes up for it! Amazing views and beautiful space! Food was good and always some variety, never felt the need to go anywhere else. We stayed all inclusive and I would recommend it.

This property was a hidden little gem. We are two females that went here solo for 5 days and we felt safe and had a blast. The snorkeling off the private beach near the water was amazing. The property has gear for you to use for free. You have to make sure you bring it back before a certain time. Staff were all friendly. Food at the beach was great. The night shows were fun and we had a blast. Taxis everywhere so getting out and about was easy. There are vehicles at the property you can rent, super bonus! Now let’s talk about the cons, room service is apart of the all inclusive BUT they will charge you $7 for delivery. Beach bar closed early, pool bar was open until 10pm. I lost my room key and they will make you pay $6 for a piece of plastic. I believe the towel keys are more expensive so thankfully I didn’t do that. The curtains are not black out BUT we did notice storm covers so we closed them and it fixed our problem. Overall it was great. We plan on coming back for another stay. Everyone including the guests at the resort were nice and from all walks of life. Thank you for making this our first best friend trip memorable. Until next time.💜

I've stayed here twice and might visit again. It's a solid value, with decent, clean rooms, comfortable beds, a large swimming pool with a hot tub, great ocean access and an in-house dive-shop. The location is excellent, and a short walk to the village of San Miguel. The resort has been smartly situated, with two halves connected by a convenient, brightly lit, tiled passageway. The hotel rooms are on the land side, wrapped around a large swimming pool with plenty of places to lounge and relax, with rooms featuring views of the pool and gardens — some with partial sea views. To reach the sea side of the complex, you can either walk across the street, or through the passageway that tunnels under it. The sea side of the resort is compact, with a very large open-air restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, a view that is all ocean, and multiple places to access the water for boating, diving, snorkeling, and swimming. Half of the ocean frontage is taken up by a very nice sandy beach area dotted with palm trees, hammocks, lounge chairs, and a bar. The dive shop is sandwiched in between the beach and the restaurant area. If you like to fish, you can hire a fishing charter, or you can fish next door for free; there is a long, rocky stretch of coastline just outside the resort and the protected marine park that is popular with local fisherman, couples and families, where I have had some luck and a lot of fun. Finally, staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. Recommended.

Overall, my experience was good. Most of the hotel staff were very nice and kind. I really liked the location, the beach is beautiful and very relaxing. I also enjoyed the variety of food and drinks offered. There were a few things I didn’t like. My room was clean, but it felt quite outdated, and that was very noticeable. I also didn’t receive towels until the last day of my stay, so at first I thought towels were not provided at all. Another downside is that there is no internet in the rooms, only in the common areas, and the signal there is very weak. Additionally, I was initially given a different room than the one I had reserved. I had to request a change, and while the staff was friendly and helpful, there was a strong expectation of tips for every service. When tips weren’t given each time, the change in attitude was noticeable.

Room was outdated. Soap holder in bathtub had rust on it. The King mattress was filthy and felt like it was a futon mattress. The food was bland. They had many options to choose from, but they were all so bland. The desserts were dry when they should've been moist (i.e the cakes and brownies. They had hot cakes and french toast and never had any maple syrup. Each day they claimed to have run out of syrup, regardless of what time we arrived for breakfast. The room service food was awful. The hamburger was flat as could be and apparently was made from frozen meat. The club sandwich didn't have any bacon, which is typical of a club sandwich. One of the staff at the buffet area went out of his way to not be of service to us. We filed a formal complaint with guest services, but unsure if anything was done as it was our last day there when we complained, although it happened two days in a row (we just weren't sure it was him), however when he did it two days in a row, we knew for certain as well when another employee told him to service us, he still didn't do so and we have no idea as to why. He also directly ignored us when we asked him for coffee.

I did not appreciate the entertaining at the pool because it was more noise than enjoyment. The rooms are not insulated good enough, you can hear everything, then I could not sleep very good. I got food poisoning and it ruined part of my trip. As for the staff, they were courteous and helpful.

I would like to start by saying that everyone was nice and welcoming. From the cleaning lady to the front desk people. I felt absolutely in love with the workers and everyone that works in the resort. The hotel is nice and the pool is big, my family and I were very pleased with the rooms and amenities. However, what we dislike the most was that we we were not able to sit down at any of the 2 restaurants to have dinner because according to the “guest concierge” dinner was completely booked for the rest of the week. I wasn’t aware that we needed to make reservations to the restaurant since I was under the assumption that it is an all inclusive resort. With that said, we were limited to have dinner in the buffet area. I’m not sure what happens during dinner hours but the food was terrible. No salt, no flavor, it was just awful. We were surprised because during breakfast and lunch the food was ok but dinner time we were forced to go out and eat because we were hungry. They also have a snack bar that serves nachos, wings, burger and salad. My children, husband and I pretty much survived with that. Other than that, I was very disappointed that we were not able to eat a normal dinner based on “all inclusive privileges”, I expressed my concerns to the person from guest concierge but he didn’t seem to care. I explained that we were staying for 4 nights and 5 days … and still there were no accommodations after expressing my frustration.

Room and hotel in general is clean, but room would benefit from a good refresh. A/C is pretty noisy but works fine. Wifi access is inexistant in rooms and unreliable in the lobby. Food quality is poor overall, with not much choice and clearly leftovers from previous meals being rearranged. Breakfast is correct though. On the positive side, employees are nice and helping. The beach area is really enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel is located at a walking distance from downtown.

Standard all inclusive, good variety of food items to choose from though some inconsistencies from day to day and they seemed to run out of a number of items each day. My room was kept spotless and housekeeping was pretty respectful of some afternoon work meetings I had to take and fridge restocked daily for which I greatly appreciated. I extended my trip by a day due to flight delays and had to downgrade my room due to full occupancy which was totally understandable but I was able to recheck in to my new room within an hour of checking out and they were even willing to let me sit on the beach while I started to wait out my first flight delay.
