Was assigned 2nd floor at check in. Asked three team members to confirm elevator accessibility due to wheelchair. Was told Yes, when arriving at buildings stairs knly. Took 1 extra hour to load and unload get back to registration znd talk to manager to get a 1st floor or elevator room at a different building. Rooms are not clean or well kept. Very loud property.
