Café da manhã normal. Chuveiro ruim, algumas vezes sem água quente, ralo do chuveiro entupido, acumulando água, toalhas e roupas de cama de péssima qualidade, elevador mal dimensionado causando uma demora absurda para chegar e sair do hotel. A localização é boa para quem quer ficar no centro, mas o resto... Disseram que o hotel está sendo reformado e os quartos estão melhores até o sétimo andar, mas o problema do elevador vai continuar.

O café da manhã é muito bom. Ponto alto da acomodação. O elevador é um problema, ele para em todos os andares e não há comunicação entre os dois. O quarto é ok. Tive um pequeno problema com falta de água quente que logo resolveu. O fato do cartão de acesso aos quartos ter que ser cadastrado toda vez que sai do hotel também é ruim, pq há horários que a recepção está lotada e atrasa muito.

Me surpreendeu, estava com receio devido aos comentários que vi ao fechar a estadia, mas a minha experiência foi ótima. A localização é ótima é vem no centro perto da rodoviária, mercadinho municipal e na rua da praca XV. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias. A equipe super educada e disposta a ajudar. O cafe da manhã tranquilo, poderia melhorar o achocolatado, mas foi tranquilo. O quarto que fiquei é novo tudo funcionando, cama confortável. Eu me hospedaria novamente tranquilamente.
