The staff is amazing. The whole experience was very smooth. The exterior and lobby area are really shabby looking though. Could use a big upgrade on the lobby lighting and exterior. We thought it was a much shabbier place when we originally arrived because of that, but it really grew on us the longer we stayed, because of the staff and room. Overall very doable hotel.
