Honestly, I think this motel deserves a higher rating. We stayed here (family of 6 - with four small children ages 5-10) for a weekend and it was everything we needed and more. The option of using the indoor or outdoor pool was amazing for the kids. They also enjoyed the enclosed playground. The room was actually bigger than we anticipated, and the sofa bed was more comfortable than the one we had at the Hyatt a few months back. The property is a little older, but it's actually charming. The rooms have been updated though. And the free hot breakfast was simple but just what we needed. I'd definitely stay here again.

We came in pretty late and they moved us to a building with a ground floor entry and more parking which was so helpful to our family. Breakfast was hot and fresh and generous! It started our day just right! Thank you!

We loved the pool the bed was comfy enough. I loved the blackout curtain, it worked perfectly. TV was nice and big and rotated. The bathroom toilet/tub space is tiny. The carpet felt rough. I called to request fresh towels and it took over three hours and a second call to the front desk to have fresh towels brought up. I suppose I could have gone to the front desk or accosted the cleaner cart... but didn't want to be rude.

Alays a great value. Basic rooms, but comfortable with great AC and showerheads. Outdoor pool better than expected and well maintained. Great location right in the middle of it all for St. George with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Would atay again.

Customer service was nonexistent here. Housekeeping never showed up during our 4-day stay, and we even called the front desk to ask them to come. We had to ask for more towels and if our garbages could be emptied, and all they did was bring us garbage bags so we could do it ourselves. This hotel has two buildings and our room was in the detached one, on the east side of the property. It's a very long building and the ratio of parking spots to rooms on that side were nowhere near enough. We had to park on the opposite side and walk clear around to get to our room. The breakfast was mediocre at best. No fruit in sight and the exact same things every morning. The only options for protein were sausage patties and "egg" patties, presumably for breakfast sandwiches, but there was only one toaster for the English muffins or toast. It could hold 4 slices of something but one of the sides didn't work properly, so if you wanted to use it, you had to hold the lever down the entire time, otherwise it would pop back up. During a week when there was probably no vacancy due to spring break, that made it extra crowded and an even longer wait just to use the toaster. We never bothered with the waffle makers because that line was even more ridiculous. This was our third or fourth stay here because it's been tolerable and budget-friendly in the past. I don't know if it's under new management and that’s why everything has gotten crappier, but we won't be staying here again.

Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs and toast, waffles, cereal yogurt. Had hot chocolate but it is made in same machine as coffee so had a taste of coffee in my chocolate i didn't like. Trashed it, but everything was good. Pools were good.
