We only stayed 2 nights and that was more than enough for us. To start off with when i asked about pricing a the hotel directly, they were trying to charge way more. Dont pay for the all inclusive, because the food here is terrible and they leave it out for hours. The beach has very little sand, and even though they say they have internet the WiFi doesn’t work. The AC and the rooms needs an upgrade. This hotel looks nice from outside, but once you’re here it needs a lot of work and it’s not worth the money.

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I like that it isn't too loud except for a couple occasions like christmas dinner. I find it is a good value to be right beside the ocean and having all meals covered plus snacks and several drink options. Yes it is a bit of a drive away from Merida but that puts it close to wild flamingos.
