The bathroom door looked like someo e tried to punch a hole in it. There were bugs in the room. The staff was great. The neighbors in the room above mine was really noisy as was the ones down the hall.

My toilet seat wasn't fixed and the trash wasn't taken out when housekeeping came by but everything else was ok. I don't complain, really. I usually take out the trash myself. Staff and housekeeping staff are always friendly. Probably just overlooked or backed up with maintenance calls. Cool people. I'll be back.

I literally walked into this hotel and to my room turned around and walked out. I went next door to the Holiday Inn and it was about a million percent better. This hotel reeked so bad of marijuana that I couldn't even be in there. I almost got an instant headache. It was twice as expensive for the Holiday Inn and 10 times worth it.

We were unable to stay at this hotel because of how unsafe it was for my son to breathe. The cloudy haze of marijuana and cigarette smoke made it difficult to breath and made my sons lungs hurt. We had reserved a two bedroom room and were given a room with only one bed.

The listing did not indicate that the environment would smell like smoke, which made the experience uncomfortable. I reached out to the hotel and to Hotels.com about the condition of the room, but neither was willing to offer a resolution. Based on my experience, the condition of the property did not match what was presented on the booking site.

The property was gross. The hallways smelled horrible of smoke. Inside the room, it was so loud that I could hear people 3 rooms away, and then non stop construction sounds in the rooms above me or around me, with drilling or some other machine sounds going on. The pillows on the bed were cheap and would not have worked for me. I knew that with the noise and condition of the room, I wouldn’t be able to sleep there and so I did not actually stay more than 1.5 hours at the place. Because of the cancellation policy I did not even challenge the reservation. Bullet proof glass on the clerks desk should have been a sign. Creepy hallways. I mean, if someone wanted a creepy vibe stay, this would be a place for that.

Hotel room had some darkness to it. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes thankfully, the hotel room did not smell like cigarettes. I could tell it was a sketchy place as soon as I showed up and if my booking did not say no refunds, I would have took my money back and spent 40 more dollars on a better hotel. Vending machine machines did not work and the staff recommended. I go buy drinks from across the street.
