Blood in bathroom. I am nurse, this is a bio hazzard. People were yelling and banging on the doors all night. Many dogs barking all night. People hanging in halls smoking dope . No blankets. Air conditioner leaked water producing poodles by the bed. Person at front desk could not send anyone to fix problems. I think this is where prostitutes and drug dealers hang out. Worst night ever. I should not have been expected to pay

I coldnt stay in the room. I paid for a room with AC but when I arrived I was told there was no room with AC available. There was no fan and the window only partially opened. Given it was 90 degrees that day the room was uninhabitable and I could no stay. I immediately checked out and I’m still waiting for a refund.

The bed in our room was extremely old and deteriorated. Worst bed in a motel or hotel I have ever seen. After getting very little sleep we got up early the next morning and found a room at a different hotel. We checked out a day early and was never asked why.

We booked this specific location as it was close to work because we worked for Arizona bike week. I have stayed at Motel 6 before and understand that it’s not a top-tier place so I take that into consideration, however this room was extremely dirty with boogers and blood on the walls. The floors were so bad that just stepping on the floors with bare feet, made our feet turn black. We also chose this location for it being advertised that it had a pool. upon check-in we were told we could go around back and use the pool but when we got to the pool area, it was padlocked shut. When we asked the front desk worker why this was he was very confused and had no idea why. The next day we asked the new front desk person if the pool would be open and they said it was closed for maintenance until further notice. We also had to reactivate our room keys every day for the duration of our stay, as every day that we left for work and came back to gain access to our room, None of our key cards were active. Our room smelled entirely of smoke and made our clothes smell bad. I understand that it may have been a smoking room in the past, but it is still smelling of intense smoke. We are completely unhappy with our stay, but had nowhere else that we could go with short notice as most places were booked with people in town for bike week and anything we could find was charging an arm and a leg due to being last minute. The only thing that was semi OK was the friendliness of the employees.

Room was rather dirty, including linens, which were very worn. Tried to arrange for my son to check in earlier than me (he arrived around check in time) and I arrived after 1am. They would not budge on this even with advanced planning. They did “keep the light on” since I wasn’t able to check in until well after midnight. I get it. It’s a Motel 6. We were only there for about 9 hours. Just could’ve been in better repair and much cleaner. Broken furniture and not all the outlets worked.

Room was clean. Very spartan. Platform bed was not comfortable. Room was small. The hooker four doors down was not a problem nor was the ex-con who was next door to me. The road traffic was significant but at least the other tenants weren’t noisy. Parking was easy and the registration person was professional.

It was a clean room no microwave or fridge so don’t expect to be able to heat any food up or have cold drinks unless you got a cooler with ice. Overall it was a pleasant stay the tv channels were a little choppy in signal but still was able to watch tv. The pool was nice and clean small but it was still a nice cool off activity for the Phoenix heat.

4 cops out front when I arrived on site. Was provided a room next to stairs. Constantly disturbed my sleep, some of the worst I’ve ever had. I went to the office everyday trying to change rooms, staff always said to comeback the next day. No morning coffee, people partying most hours of the night. Would not recommend if you want peace of mind and rest.

Every time I left the room the key would not work to get back in, hato have the key reprogramed 9 times during my stay. Had to wait upto 1/2 hour to get key reprogramed. Multiple other people were having the same issue. Was told key are reset for security after each use. COULD NOT GO TO iCE MACHINE WITHOUT HAVING KEY REPROGRAMED TO GET BACK INTOTHE ROOM.

I booked and paid for a room with 2 beds fridge, microwave and handicap accessible with walk in shower. I didn't get that at all. I got a small bed small room no microwave no fridge no walk in shower dirty floor no towels no trash can in bathroom. I am so disappointed i also paid for the guarantee to get what I asked for. I guess i will file a claim
