The place was simply a dump. The pool was a seas pool of green and hadn’t been in operation for a year. The staff were apologetic and kind. The bed was comfortable. But the floors were dirty. You can do better than this. People screaming and yelling at all hours!!!

Property was not clean…Rooms poorly taken care and paint falling off walls…Lots of rust around door hinges and you can tell that furniture had been wet as it was lifting away…pool was half full and green…Would never stay there again and nor would I recommend it

This place is a dump. The sink and shower is useless. Unless you like a trickle of water to get washed. The bed quilt had stains on them. The light fixtures are rusted with visable scale coming off of them. One good thing I didn’t see any roaches. Bonus the toilet did flush! The swimming pool is an open cesspool. Nasty I cannot imagine how anyone can recommend this place DO NOT STAY HERE. Big time remorse for staying here. Could not wait to get home and take a shower. Spend the extra $150 and get a nice place.

I booked a room here to watch the Artemis launch as it was the last room available. Was charged an extra $20 for an “early” check-in after paying an outrageous one night rate of over $470. for the room. Yellow tape all around the balcony railing made it look like a crime scene. Not much positive to say other than the parking was free and I got to see the launch. Next time I’ll sleep in my car…

The entire property especially the pool is in A total dilapidated condition. The rates are super cheap but you get what you pay for. There’s no frig or microwave and no electrical outlets anywhere near the bed. I will not return to this property again

The outside pool was not in operation. The room was clean but in a poor state of repair, whilst having a shower I cut my foot on the peeling gel coat. The staff were polite and making the best of a bad job. The laundry facility had no lock on the door and therefore it was not worth putting expensive clothing in there. Also, the dryers didn't work on a card so I was left hanging with a pile of wet clothing which I had to dry out in the room.

This property is not how it looks online. We booked it for one night as we were moving into a larger resort the next day & we arrived a day early. I booked it so that we could relax by the pool and have an easy afternoon after a long drive. The pool is “broken”. It has 4 feet of green water and doesn’t look like it has worked in 10 years. The property is filthy. Cigarette butts and the odd needle in the grass. I wanted to ask for broom from the front desk just to sweep up the garbage in the outdoor shower/foot rinse off station. My wife and I could’ve tied this place up in an afternoon. No one cares. The room had a rotten stench of body odour. I think this property survives off people coming in for one night before their cruise leaves. It’s horrible. Don’t give them the business. Pay an extra $20 & go elsewhere.
