Everything was good overall. Great location, gorgeous view, comfortable, nice new bathrooms, except Fire place was not working. Walls were thin, windows wouldn’t all close, floors creaked every step. Just didn’t seem well made structurally. Safe but old.

The location was perfect,close to the slopes, beautiful mountain views, and peaceful surroundings. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for on a mountain getaway. One thing I really appreciated was the fan in the room. It might seem like a small detail, but it made a big difference for sleeping comfortably at night. Between the fan, comfortable bed, and quiet atmosphere, I slept extremely well. The amenities were also a nice bonus. Everything I needed was available, and it felt well thought out for guests. The space felt cozy but still roomy enough to relax after a long day exploring or skiing. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely return when I'm back in the Sugar Mountain area. Great location, thoughtful amenities, and a comfortable, relaxing experience.

Clean rooms. Warm heater. 7 min drive to parking lot for ski unload. It is pretty hight on the hill. Was there during heavy snow, worried about road, but it was cleaned in the morning. Keep chains just in case if weather is not good.

The condo was in very poor condition. Dirty stained carpet, hair every where in the bathroom and dirty showers and the toilets had not been cleaned either. Great location but the condition overall. The game room was terrible, machines didn’t work the ping pong paddles were so bad you couldn’t play and the pool table was pitiful. Would not stay again.

Fridge exterior coverd in rust.. outlets are very flimsy and dont hold cord... oder in apartment.. Ceiling fan was raining dust when turned on lights and no off switch.. tv wont turn on.. photos on website dont match what we staid in and not very homey..ice build up on steps at entry way making it very slippery i would have ben happy with ikea furniture instead of good will donated wrip dining room chars and grandmas mismatch 70s furniture... ohh electric outlets overe heat rails making outlets unusable for safety reasons..

Great place to stay at Sugar! The condo was spacious yet cozy. Very clean. The staff were very friendly! I have no complaints! You do have to either drive down to the bottom parking or take the shuttle down to ski. The bus stop is very close to the condos which was nice. And of course the view was amazing! We will be back!

Stayed here in Jan/2026. I only interacted with the front desk and she was courteous and friendly. The room was clean. It even came with a washer and dryer. You don't see this too often as it is normally in a common area. Since it is winter time, it takes a few minutes before hot water comes out of the taps in the bathroom or kitchen sinks. Thankfully hot water for the shower came on quicker. The hotel is at the top of Sugar Mountain so the views are good. What is not known is how steep it can be on some parts of the road and at a certain point there is a sign that says only vehicles with 4-wheel drive or chains past this point. If you have a rear-wheel drive car, you will have a lot of difficulty if the roads become icy. Even a front-wheel drive car will probably have issues. This should be advertised so you can make a choice based on what you are driving. I got lucky with the weather where 2 out of the 3 days were sunny and temperatures were above freezing all 3 days so I did not experience icy road conditions. Highlands at Sugar has a shuttle to take you down to the ski area but it only runs on the weekends and holidays. My car is rear-wheel drive and was here during weekdays. Although it is a nice place to stay, not knowing what the weather will be from booking to when you arrive is a bit of a risk to take.
