Staff was lovely, courteous, and helpful, and the rental was well stocked with dishes, utensils, plenty of towels and paper towels, even ground coffee for the coffee maker. The refrigerator is a full-sized one, the microwave is small but adequate, and there's a full sized range with plenty of pots and pans...there's even a toaster. The views are fabulous, and the balconies are lovely for sitting and having a drink. TV is good sized and there's a wide variety of working cable stations with desireable programming. We were here for a week and found the generous accommodation pretty comfortable. We would also highly recomment the Restaurante Puerto Fino which has exceptionl food and a lovely view. Now the negatives: When we first walked into our apartment, the drab old tile floor suggested that it wasn't clean. THAT WASN'T AT ALL THE CASE. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN THROUGHOUT. IT'S JUST DATED, OLD, AND UNAPPEALING TO LOOK AT. The other problem was the beds, mattresses, and bedding. The master bedroom bed was soft, uncomfortable, and noisy. Any movement caused loud squeaking of the springs. The pillows were so thick and hard that they couldn't be used and we had to sleep on the decorative pillows. Because of the movement related noise from the bed, I slept on one of the twin beds in the second bedroom. That pillow was pretty comfortable and the bed was OK.
